Sell Any home is a bidding platform that connects home owners with buyers/real estate investors. I worked with The founders and helped bring their vision to life, and helped with prototyping, wire framing, designing and build design system for the mobile app.
The platform connects home owners with buyers/real state investors. Home owners get an instant online estimate of their property’s value after submitting few basic details such number of rooms, location, square footage ..etc.
Following that, the seller books an appointment then SellAnyHome consultant visits the property to conduct a thorough inspection and evaluation that covers 100 points, from checking every door and tap to the air conditioning, with pictures taken inside and out.
The information is then uploaded to the platform whereby a formal binding offer is generated for the seller within a 30-minute window.
Then I designed the three main user flows to make it easy for homeowners, buyers, and inspectors to get instant values, bid, and inspect as seamlessly as possible.
With the main user flows now defined, I began translating the insights gathered during the discovery phase into wireframes. This helped map out the app’s structure and interactions, while seamlessly integrating the user flows to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
After the wireframes were approved, I moved on to visualizing the app based on SellAnyHome’s brand identity, choosing a minimalist aesthetic to ensure clarity and ease of use. The goal was to create a clean, modern interface that complements the streamlined user flows, while keeping the focus on functionality and usability.
